This past week marked the end of Paris Fashion Week and Fashion Month as a whole. It can be time-consuming keeping up with all of the shows so I picked out my personal favorite moments to share with you!
Show with the most wow-factor: Saint Laurent
As you might have guessed, I never get tired of the Eiffel Tower. So when I saw the set of the Saint Laurent show, I squealed and immediately settled in to watch. I was blown away by the grandeur of this show (and the collection) and think you will be, too.
Coolest Concept: Dior
The Dior show was set among trees creating a magical forest feel. In the spirit of sustainability, the trees used will be planted throughout Paris after the show. The set is also a nod to Christian Dior’s sister, Catherine, and her love of gardens.
A Fun Nod to History: Thom Browne
The Pre-Revolutionary, Marie Antoinette vibes were everything.
Oh So Pretty: Loewe
I’m a sucker for neutrals and lace. Oh my….
Best Overall: Chanel
Between my obsession with Chanel and my love for hanging out on rooftops, it should be no surprise that my favorite Paris Fashion Week show was Chanel’s. A romper version of the classic tweed suit, hot pants, Parisian rooftops…sign me up!
I’d love to know your thoughts on the shows and if you had a favorite one in the comments!
